Support filmmaker Amir George’s Decadent Asylum at Indiegogo

Black World Cinema will be doing it’s best to support young and upcoming filmmakers. We want to encourage all of our audience to be not only viewers but participants in the making of great films. We need to nurture our artists in a way we have not done for the past 125 years of cinema. Crowdfunding allows us to do what we have not done before.
Decadent Asylum is the latest short film by Amir George. The film will be entering production this fall and needs additional support following the previous campaign.
A folkloric ascension of a spiritual being
In order to finance the film throughout production, the crew is seeking to raise $5,000 to cover cost of filming equipment, set construction, and costuming.
The cast and crew have been working diligently on planning and rehearsing the project throughout the past few months in preparation of shooting.
